Community Gardens

Flowers grown in the Community GardenThe Community Gardens were started in 2004 on a plot of land adjacent to Central Christian Church in Lebanon. Local people in need are free to garden in this plot with the help of volunteers and grow their own produce at low cost. Gardeners also learn about good nutrition and the value of fresh produce. A second garden was started in 2006 at the 1230 Ransdell Court site of The Caring Center.
